Wanted: Contributing Writer

The Dispatch is looking for a contributing writer for monthly special editions: thematic deep-dives that don’t fit neatly into our bi-weekly digest. Think “Running the Witherwild,” “A Guide to Daggerheart Combat,” or “The Best Adventure Frames for your Table.” You know the stuff. 

The role is 70% research. The Dispatch has amassed a year's worth of curated links, discussions, creator spotlights—hundreds of resources across 30 volumes. The right person will dig into that archive alongside fresh material and shape it into something useful. You’ll also need Daggerheart literacy and a writing voice that's warm, opinionated, and fun.

While this is a volunteer gig, there is money involved. Special editions sit behind the member paywall and the contributing writer gets half the revenue attributable to their work—during the time they're with us and for a year after. Not too shabby for a few hours of writing a month.
